Happy Monday everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. I know I did! Friday I hung out with my blogger boo’s. We took some pictures of course and grabbed food at M Shack (who has the BEST old bay fries EVER!).
Saturday I went to MAC to get a free lipstick for national lipstick day. That was an epic FAIL! The line was like a mile long and it was hot as fish grease outside. I stood in line all of an hour and only took 10 steps closer to the door.. After I was drenched in sweat, I called it quits! Bea and I left to get breakfast instead lol.
Later I also found out the MAC ran out of lipstick. They were only giving out 100 lipsticks. Glad I left! Next year I will be prepared and will get there early!
Now back to this shoot and outfit deets. My girl knew of this dope place downtown with a courtyard full of graffiti art! Since the graffiti can be a bit busy I decided to go with natural tones. I wanted to be foxxy, & chic, but still casual. I decided to wear this white blazer I got from H&M last summer, with some mid-rise jeans from Target, and a nude ruffle bodysuit with a plunging neckline (the bodysuit is on sale right now for $ 12.59). I’ve been super amped about losing weight so I wanted to get a little bit foxy and spice up the natural outfit.
Links on where to purchase everything is below (or something similar). Be sure to sign up for my newsletter. I’m revamping it for this fall. Also let me know in the comments below if you went to MAC this weekend for National Lipstick Day.
