Happy Hump Day Foxx’s! The fam and I are trying to settle into our new place and I haven’t been able to get to bed at a decent time. Between trying to work out, drink my greens, working my 9 – 5, and blogging, I’ve been crawling in the bed at midnight! When you want change sometimes you have to make a sacrifice – in my case I’m sacrificing sleep.
This morning I didn’t want to get out the bed and felt so crabby. I mean everything was pissing me off, from me not getting out the door in time, to the traffic, to not finding a parking space. I quickly had to check my attitude as soon as I walked into work. When I sat at my desk I made me a checklist of 5 things that I’m grateful for and instantly had a boost! It’s all about perspective.
