If you follow me on Instagram, you know I just got back from my trip to Chicago. Traveling solo, hanging with my girlfriend, eating good food, and seeing the sites was just what the doctor ordered. Although it was hard to leave my family, it always feels good to spending QT with myself. This isn’t only beneficial to me but to my family as well. Taking time out out for myself is how I show myself love. Practicing self love is so important because when I’m feeling good about me, I’m at my best for them.
