THE must have sandal for spring 2019 are the Granola sandals from Blowfish Malibu. This by far is the most lightweight comfortable sandal I own and they’re cute! They have so many color options, but the gold and pink had me at hello. Best part is their vegan! They are lightly padded, the straps are faux leather and the sole is faux cork. Perfect addition to my wardrobe!
When Blowfish Malibucontacted me to work with them, I was kinda familiar with the brand but never tried them. Definitely was sleeping! They don’t only make sandals, but offer sneakers and heels. Also they make shoes for kids. You can find their shoes at multiple retailers in the US (links below), but they are also available in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the UK.
I love this company because they create quality shoes at an affordable price. The Granola retails at $34.99! Frugal Foxx approved! Although Blowfish Malibu stays on “trend”, the styles are still timeless pieces that you’ll be able to wear season after season. Definitely must have sandals for spring 2019!

If you haven’t noticed from my IG feed, I’m obsessed with blazers. Add mixing textures to that list. The texture of the blazer, mixed with ripped jeans gave me pure joy. I also love the contrast between the blazer and the yellow crossbody bag I thrifted from the Goodwill. This look is foxy yet chic. If your not as bold to have the girls out, you can always button up the white blouse. The white button up (or not buttoned at all) with a high collar added a clean chic element.

Although yesterday may have been the first day of spring, Florida’s weather is spring…ISH. It’s not freezing where I need a winter coat. So what’s the perfect staple piece for chilly spring days? Blazers, duh! It’s the perfect layering piece. My favorite spring blazer look is when paired with jeans and a t-shirt. Or a blouse if you work in a business casual corporate setting like me.

Every time I go thrifting, my first stop is the blazer section. Both women and men (for thrifting tips, click here). Out of all the blazers I’ve gotten, this one is by far my favorite. The fit is perfect, no need for a tailor. Plus I’m obsessed with color and houndstooth plaid print! The color also works for any season.

One my weekly Target run, I always visit the clearance area. They had a plethora of shoes up to 50% off! I shop on a budget, so that made it hard to choose one or two pair (insert crying emoji). On my Instagram stories I did a poll asking my IG friends to help me decide on a pair. These block heel mules won by a landslide! To join in the fun, make sure you’re following me on Instagram to get in on my random shopping trips.

I love nice things, but I’m a frugal foxx to the core! I’m the one who goes through the store with a cart full of things and by the time I get to checkout I’m putting everything back. To my defense, I’m a single mom so I have to make these coins stretch! That’s why I thrift! Below ares 8 ways to thrift effectively so you can slay on a budget!
Would you believe me if I told you this outfit cost me less than twenty bucks?! Well, minus the booties and earrings. Point is, you can look put together without spending a lot of money. How? Thrifting duh! I scored this entire look from the Goodwill! Not in one trip, but over the course of three trips over the past couple months. Good quality pieces too (deets on my new favorite top below)!
